School Council Monster Mash

St. George School is preparing for its biggest school fundraiser for the 2015/2016 school year and WE NEED YOUR HELP to make this fundraiser a success. Back by popular demand, we are holding a Monster-Mash, dance-a-thon on Friday, October 30th. Here’s how it works:


Dance-a-thon envelopes were sent home in backpacks on Thursday, October 8th. Children are encouraged to ask family and friends for donations. We do not wish to encourage door-to-door solicitation.  Our goal is $40 per student, if possible. 


Children may wear costumes if they wish (light weight and no masks or accessories please) on Friday, October 30th for the dance-a-thon. All students will participate in the dance-a-thon regardless of how much money they can raise.


All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the school. Our immediate goal for this year’s funds is to purchase a secure equipment shed for the Kinders to store outdoor learning tools.


There will be prize draws in several categories:


EARLY BIRD DRAW (names from all envelopes received by October 26, 2015): 4 Fun Haven Flex Passes and 2 T-shirts!


TOP MONEY RAISERS (2 Draws - Kinder to Grade 2 and Grades 3 to 6):  2 Sens Game Tickets, team cap and a new St. George Dragon's t-shirt 


RANDOM DRAWS1 Unisex sport variety pack and EPIC Bike Park Passes!
